Our way of working is simple: you send a request, we confirm it, you pay at the hotel. Cancellation is always free.
Sending the form on this website is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. We check availability and reply by email — or on WhatsApp if you prefer. Your booking becomes firm only once we have confirmed it. You then receive a confirmation email with your reference (NIS-XXXXXX).
Cancellation is always free, with no deadline. If your plans change, simply let us know by email (hotelnisrine1@gmail.com), by phone (+212 5 39 98 72 77) or on WhatsApp. No fee, no card, nothing to pay. We simply ask you to tell us as early as you can, so the room can be offered to someone else.
No online payment: you pay for your stay at the hotel, in cash (dirhams or euros). No bank card details are ever requested on this website. The price shown is per room and per night, for the number of guests staying in that room.
The prices shown include all taxes: nothing is added on arrival. Breakfast is not included: Moroccan breakfast is available as an option, on request, for a supplement quoted by the hotel.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00. The medina is pedestrian-only: tell us your arrival time and we will guide you. If you are delayed, a message on WhatsApp is enough.
Each room has a maximum number of guests, shown on the room page. If your group is larger, several rooms can be booked in the same request. We reserve the right to decline a request when the number of guests exceeds the capacity of the rooms available.
The information you provide is used only to handle your booking, as described in our privacy policy. It is never sold or shared.
